Pran means life energy and ayama is movement of that energy through breathing exercises as a profound means to balance the body and mind. Experience what it feels like to do pranayama every day without fail. This immersion will set your day. Learning through five days of progressive study will lay the foundation for a daily practice.
This is an exultant, cultivated art and science suitable for three months or more Iyengar Yoga practitioners. No beginners.
Please arrive by 6:50am to allow time to change and set up supported Savasana. For the complete experience, please do not talk from arrival to departure.
