This class is for those who are under 40 years of age and have had no prior experience with yoga or are new to the Iyengar school. Those who are yoga teachers, regardless of school, and those who are not able to turn their cameras on will be excluded. It is highly recommended to have a belt, four blankets, bolster, and a chair without arms.
