Pran means life energy and ayama is movement of that energy through breathing exercises as a profound means to balance the body and mind. Start your week with immersion in pranayama practice.
This is an exultant, cultivated art and science suitable for Iyengar Yoga practioners with a year or more of study with a certified teacher.
This class is for an advanced level, prior permission is required to attend.
Beginners: If you're new to Pranayama practice, we require you to view the Pranayama Foundations workshop series:

Students will not be allowed to unmute at any time, so that no one is disturbed during class time.
