Pran means life energy and ayama is movement of that energy through breathing exercises as a profound means to balance the body and mind. Experience what it feels like to do pranayama every day without fail. This immersion will set your day.

This is an exultant, cultivated art and science suitable for three months or more Iyengar Yoga practitioners.

This class is for an advanced level, prior permission is required to attend.

Beginners: If you're new to Pranayama practice, check out our Pranayama Foundation class Tuesdays 7-8a on Tuesdays. 

For the complete experience, please do not talk from arrival to departure.
