This class assumes regular, dedicated study with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher for a minimum of two years, a thorough understanding of all basic poses, including their Sanskrit names, sutra study, prolonged practice of sirsasana and sarvangasana for ten minutes, and an established home practice in the various asana categories. Lois’ permission is required. 2 hours (2.75 hour summer session).
